Nice in the Wintertime is bliss. The temperatures are still 15-20C, the restaurants and bars are empty and there are barely any tourists in sight. You have the whole beach to yourself (almost) and if you are feeling brave you can go swimming. We recommend Nice any time! Caroline Ashton
