Madrid is the finest city in Europe in my view. Not only is inexpensive to visit but you can dine out and have a great nightlife for a fraction of the cost of London or Paris. People tend to stare a bit, but that is also the case in any other cosmopolitan city in Europe - I guess it must be something to do with fashion... Louisiana
