"Beautiful hotel"
We stayed at the Heritage during the summer for a few evenings and we were very happy with our choice. With its massively enthusiastic owner, the service couldn't be better, it was over and above what we expected. The rooms and the public area had a classical charm, without looking contrived and naff in any way, it really did have the personal touch of its owners, which is rare in hotels these days - from the point of view of a travelling salesman, that is. "Great place for a great city"
The Heritage was recommeded to us by friends who had stayed there last year on an anniversary trip, which had been a hugely successful experience for them. I have to say that I agreed with everything they told me, so I too would recommend the Heritage. Colin Blain. Solihull.
