"Standard four star hotel - did the job"
We visited Disneyland Resort and Paris during the summer of 2007 with our two children. We found the Holiday Inn to be well located for both Disneyland and our excursion into Paris. It was easy to get to and find via car and motorway nearly all the way from Calais (approx 3 hrs min). There was a free shuttle buss every 5-10 minutes to the resort and the train station that takes you into town.
The Holiday Inn is a very large, spacious hotel with good facilities for families with children, and lots of free parking space, out-door grounds with activities and walks.
The rooms were of generous proportions with tea-making facilities, safe, fridge, TV and all that with a well maintained bathroom / shower / lavatory.
The queues were the main problem, the check in took a while and the check out took ages, so try and check out the night before if you can. Also try and but park tickets from the hotel at a quiet time rather than queue for ages at the park (we bought ours in advance at tickets 365). We did not eat at the hotel in the evenings as it was crowded and expensive. Johnny Barker. Warlingham.
