Hotel New York Reviews...

"Pretty Good, not that child-friendly though"
I have recently returned from a three night holiday at the Hotel New York with two young children. We took the direct Eurostar service from London who arranged for the luggage to be transferred to our room ready for when we finished our first full day in the park, which was really impressive..

The rooms are clean and reasonable sized with two double beds and The Disney Channel on TV which is great to keep the children happy while unpacking, etc. We were somewhat frustrated by the queue for breakfast and the general lack of space that was available at breakfast time. The choice of food at breakfast was also limited, with no eggs and bacon available or toast, which for a four star hotel fell short of my expectations. The disney characters were a great incentive to get the kids up in the morning, maybe that was the reason for the queue?

There seems to be a conflict with the conferences that take place at the hotel,  we could hear music until late at night, and the restaurant was once closed for a private booking, which we found inconvenient.
The rooms' aircon was not working properly so we seated the nights out, and were pretty scratchy in the mornings as a result. Shame that when I wanted to get a drink, I found it pretty expensive. Colin. Farnborough.
