Belavia Belarussian Airlines

Belavia

Belavia is the national airline of Belarus with the only direct flights to Minsk, from London Gatwick. They go three times a week on a brand-new plane that provides a pleasant and efficient service. Note that you cannot book online, so you have to call the UK representative / booking agent whose contact details can be found on the Belavia site. The fares are usually about £100 higher than going with most other airlines, but it can be worth it.
Austrian Airlines

Austrian Airlines

The next best option to flying with Belavia is arguably Austrian Airlines, who have a now found a strength in flying to Eastern European cities. You can book online and the flights will be cheaper, especially if you book a long way in advance.

Lufhansa Airline

Lufthansa

It its quality you want, then you could do a lot worse than to fly with these guys, with plenty of choice of departures - but probably more expensive than Belavia.

CSA Czech International Airlines

Czech Airlines

CSA are worth trying to get a cheap fare - they can be the cheapest, but also try Alitalia, even though its a drag of a journey flying all the way to Milan (at 4:55am) ad then going to Minsk from there.
Air Baltic
Air Baltic

Perhaps somewhat paradoxically, this low cost airline usually has very high fares for its service to Minsk and Gomel, but have a try anyway, as there may be periods in the year when they are flying empty. By the way you have to fly via Riga - they are not direct flights. If you want / have to fly Gomel, this is pretty much it.
