There is a regular public bus link between Sofia Airport and the city centre. In addition to local bus services, there are hotel shuttles and scheduled coach services to the city center.The bus station is located close to the Arrivals terminal. Route: Sofia Airport - Sofia University. Bus stops are limited to 16. This line operates between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. all year round. The service number is 84. A single ticket costs 0.50 leva /0.25 EUR/. Tickets are sold at the kiosk at the bus stop. If you have luggage with dimensions bigger than 60x60x40 cm, you must buy a ticket for it. The bus station is located between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of the airport, in front of the parking lot. The stop in front of Terminal 2 services buses arriving FROM the city. The other stop, located in front of the VIP hall, services buses TO the city or sea resorts. Every passenger who wants to travel to Varna city or to the resorts must use ONLY this latter station. A single ticket costs from 0.60 lv ( € 0.30) to 1.80 lv ( € 0.90) and depends on the distance you travel.
