The Battle of the Costas Show The many and varied Costas in Spain are the focus of the show, where Adrian Mills is joined in the studio by Managing Editor of a Place in the Sun magazine, Nigel Lewis, and Jim Dick, of agents Headlands International.
Nigel Lewis kicks off by talking through the general state of the property market in Spain, and the impact of the recent corruption scandals that have rocked the country, particularly on the Costa del Sol. He then gives us an overview of the types of markets, buyers and prices that you can expect to pay for property in the Costa Brava, Costa Dorada and the Costa de la Luz, including a mention of the most ‘gay-friendly' of all the Costas.

The France Show In this show we examine the property market in France, Britain's second favourite place to buy a home overseas after Spain. Adrian is joined by Kate Hamilton, Editor of Homes Overseas Magazine, and Nick Leach from France property agents Pierre & Vacances.
We look at the most popular regions in which to buy including Paris, the Alps, the south coast, the Dordogne and Languedoc, and the difference between them in terms of prices, capital appreciation, and types of buyer.
