"Basic, but sufficient"
We booked the Ustel as a budget last-minute break with Eurostar included. The biggest upside is that its opposite the Gare Midi where we arrive in Brussels, which is good if you are arriving on Friday night like we were. The rooms were pretty basic actually, and I did feel we might have got more for our money, even though we saved lots on the package. Hatty. SE1.
