"Kind staff, good spot"
I was really impressed by the Ter Brughe when we stayed there over Easter this year, the staff were very pleasant, cordial and helpful. I was very happy with the room, and the city itself is a great place to wind down as its completely quiet in the evenings. The pace of life is much slower than in England. Breakfast was a delight, with lots of choice, plenty of room, and no queue for the toaster! Sarah J. Guildford.
"Characterful and comfortable"
The Ter Brughe is a converted tobacco warehouse on the river, which makes it quite unique in the city. Its also close to the centre, the old square is just 5 minutes walk max. We needed a taxi from the rail station though as it was a little too far to walk with our bags. Hellen. Ipswich.
