To purchase an Inter-Rail pass you must have been resident in Europe for at least 6 months and a passport number is required at time of booking. It is not permitted to purchase a pass for travel within your own country of residence.
  • To qualify for the youth rates, you must be under 26 years on the first date of validity of the pass.
  • Seat reservations, couchette and sleeper charges are not included in the cost of the pass and are payable at the normal rate. Passholder fares are payable on some services. Reservation/Supplement charges are payable on ALL trains within Spain.
  • Children aged 4 - 11 years inclusive, pay half the adult fares rounded up to the nearest pound. Children under 4 years travel for free.
  • The All Zone pass is valid for one month
