We have recently travelled from Asford International to Lille and returned 3 days later. I have a mobility scooter and every effort was made to help me on the journey. At Ashford and Lille staff were waiting to assist me and put the scooter on the train. On the return journey my husband and I were upgraded to first class travel at no extra cost. I am so grateful to all those who helped me have a stress free experience on Eurostar.

Travelled with my fiance on the Eurostar from St Pancras to Gare du Nord in early 2008. Business Premiere was great (upgraded at the last minute after missing my booked train). Would definately recommend the experience for any international travellers between Britain and the mainland!

Never even when the bad weather effected Eurostar services on Friday 18th to Sunday 20th 2009 can you not praise the company, they offer normally an excellent service and surprisingly the fares inclusive to Perpignan France were cheaper than the excessive charges we endured by Tyrantair (the name has been changed to protect the innocent).

We would without question recommend Eurostar and SNCF TGV's for reliability and first class service plus the fares are fairly and clearly priced with no additional hidden extras. A normally reliable service.

Hi, when eurostar first came along we used it a lot to travel to paris and several times we connected with the fast train to Nice. We want to go to Nice again this year travelling on 18th July for 2 weeks, return, however for the last couple of years we have not been able to book as it has filled up straight away. When is the first date that I can book to travel, I will ring up on the first available day so I might be lucky for 2009. My mother is coming with us and she cannot fly because of a heart complaint, so it is imperative that I can book for next year. Thanks Keith

I took a weekend in Brussels by Eurostar last month to have a brief rest before Xmas. Now that the fast link is in, the journey to Brussels seems very short so I was able to totally relax.

I took my girlfriend to Paris three weeks ago as a birthday present. It was the first time both she and I had been on the train and I have to say it was better than I had expected - seriously quick, convenient, stress free and without any hold-ups at either end. We had opted for a hotel close to Gare de Nord but next time we may go more central as the journey is so good and we wanted to be closer to the Louvre
