When you get to the terminal, drive straight to the check-in point where you can show your travel documents, so please have them ready beforehand. The Check-in desk opens an hour and a half before loading begins, and you may park your car in the interim, but you need to stay within the terminal so that you can be there when you start to load.
Inside the terminal is a lounge as well as a children's play area. In the terminal vicinity there are many catering outlets.
Other passengers can wait at the lounge area until passenger loading commences, usually at platform 8. There are excellent facilities for the disabled, which need to be ordered in advance but can also be available at short notice.

When you get to the terminal, drive straight to the check-in desk which opens one and half hours before loading. While you are loading, other passengers can stay in the lounge area or make use of the catering facilities. Passenger boarding is usually from platforms 18, 19, or 20, but the exact departure platform will be shown in the departure lounge at the time.

When you arrive at the Autozug terminal, staff will direct you regarding loading and show you to the waiting area which is at the rail station 300 metres away. You should remain here until passenger boarding time.

On arrival at the terminal, park in the designated stabling area and wait there. A member of staff will then come to you to check you in. Make sure your booking details and any other documents are ready. You will then need to stay with your car until loading begins in the loading lane. Other passengers may wait in the terminal building waiting room, or at the restaurant. Passengers can board the train next to the loading lane.

When you arrive at the terminal, drive straight to the check-in point where a member of staff will direct you from there. There is a waiting lounge at the terminal and at the loading ramp. There are a number of shope and restaurants in and around the station.

When you arrive at Neu-Isenburg terminal, drive straight into the check-in area where you will directed by local staff, who will then direct you to a parking area. At the terminal, there is a waiting area and also a park opposite. The train arrives appoximately three minutes prior to departing, so be ready when the tannoy announces which platform you will be leaving from.
