On arrival at the terminal take your car to the check-in point where an operative will point you to an appropriate parking space where you can leave it until loading commences.

The new station building at Innsbruck boasts superb infrastructural facilities. The basement houses restaurants, shops and a supermarket. There are also several bars and shops around the station.

We recommend the “Zum Tiroler” restaurant in the station basement. As a DB Autozug customer you will receive a 10% discount by presenting your ticket.

The centre of Innsbruck is a 10-minute walk away. The “Sillpark” shopping centre is situated at the entrance to the car terminal and can be easily reached on foot.

The train is platformed as a single unit (carrier and coaches) around 20 minutes prior to departure (Platform 6 or 7). Please listen out for announcements and check the electronic train destination indicator.

At the terminal drive to the check-in point which will be signposted. You will be directed to a parking space by local staff where you can leave it until loading commences.

Once their vehicles have been loaded, all motorail passengers are entitled to free patronage of the ÖBB Club Lounge. This is located on Platform 3 at Salzburg central station. Snacks and beverages are served there until 10 in the evening.

There is a shopping centre on the station forecourt. Numerous bars and shops are to be found in and around the station, furthermore.

The centre of Salzburg can be reached on foot within about 20 minutes. The station is accessed via a pedestrian footbridge.

DB Autozug Schwarzach terminal

When you arrive at the terminal, drive to the queuing lane which is signposted. Here, checking-in and loading happens all at once. If you have any waiting time there is a restaurant in the terminal and a few more nearby, the town centre being only a few minutes walk away.

At the Villach terminal, check-in and loading takes place at the same time, so there is not normally much waiting around to do. After you have loaded the car, however, you might have some time free to visit the Zehenthof-Wratschko Inn located at the terminal approach road, serving home-made cooking. The village itself is about 20 minutes on foot.

Support for DB Autozug customers at the terminal in Vienna is provided by ÖBB, the DB partner company. ÖBB also has sole responsibility for pricing and for execution of the journey.

Drivers should go to loading area 1, where the trains for Hamburg, Berlin and Dusseldorf depart. The approach road is located between Felberstraße and the multi-storey car park “P&R Wien West”. Please follow the signs. The queuing lane for loading area 1 is beside the taxi rank between the car park and the station building.
