Comfortline Sleeper Car
Comfortline deluxe sleeper compartments have their own shower, washing basin and toilet, a service bell, while the economy version is without the shower.
Talgo Sleeper Cars
These cars are used on the Berlin - Munich - Berlin and Hamburg - Munich - Hamburg night routes. They have modern compartments with comfortable beds, small en-suite bathroom, with shower and toilet. A buffet breakfast is available in restaurant car in the morning.
Double-Decker Sleeper Cars (Economy / Deluxe)
Classicline Sleepers
The most versatile and cheapest option that is most suitable for groups of up to six to travel in one compartment. Beds turn into seats, done by the service team, and breakfast is available at the restaurant car in the morning.
Couchettes
If you and your family wish to travel undisturbed, you can book a compartment for your own private use for up to 5 persons. The seats can be folded down into comfortable sleeping areas. The service team will be glad to help you convert them.
Couchettes for those with reduced mobility
Almost all trains run a couchette car with a wheelchair-accessible cabin and a toilet located directly adjacent. This cabin can be booked for a passenger and their companion for the price of a single berth. Coaches are generally designed to accept folding wheelchairs. Special wheelchair positions can be booked on Talgo seated coaches. Please call the DB Autozug service line to book accommodation and cabins of this sort.
