I have travelled with easy jet several time and i must say that the staff are very polite, friendly curteous at all times and they even engage in conversations with you, something that is sadly missing on some of the more well known and expensive flights, where it's more of a snarl. My flights have always run to time, the planes are relatively new compare to some of the more shoddy expensive ones. I for one always rebook with them, others profess to be cheaper, but read the small print and they  usually aren't. Just a big thank you to all the hard working people who have made this airline the success it is.
