Ukraine International Airlines
UIA fly direct to Kiev Boryspil Airport from both London Heathrow (Sundays only) and Gatwick (daily). The Gatwick flights depart at 11:00 and get you there at 16:30. The Heathrow flights are much less attractive, not only do they leave on Sunday only, but you arrive in Kiev at nearly midnight. No thanks.
British Airways
The daily service from LHR tp Boryspol is pretty attractive, as it leaves at 08:30 and arrives in Kiev at 13:30, which is the perfect time to check in to you hotel, meetings aside.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
Travelling by KLM means that you can leave from any UK airport and go via Amsterdam, which is preferable to going to London if you live in the regions. The fares are often very competitive, and lets face it, the experience is usually good.
Air Baltic
The flights with Air Baltic go via Riga, which is not that well demonstrated by their flight chart, and the fares are pretty hefty too. Then again, if your desperate...
