Failed Customer Services

Recently booked a mini cruise to Amsterdam with P & O from Hull to Rotterdam. Company cancelled the trip at short notice (2.30 pm the afternoon of travel)with only offering trip to Rotterdam or Money back. No assistance was given at port with their representatives unable to help with only referring the customer to customer services. They did not even provide contact details for this service i.e. address or telephone no. of cutomer services. Cancellation of trip , they said was due to a celebration in Amsterdam of returning football team. Alternative mini cruise obviously cheaper but no compensation offered. Large company allowing customers to pay out large sums with no customer service to help. Customers beware of booking mini cruises. I will not be doing business with this company again.
