Coens feature at Venice Film Festival
Tourists taking advantage of European cruise deals to Venice this August will be able to catch a first glimpse of the latest film by Joel and Ethan Coen, it has been revealed.
The new film Burn After Reading is a spy comedy that boasts an all-star cast and will open at this year's Venice International Film Festival on August 27th.
This will be the 65th Venice Film Festival and will take place on the long thin island of Venice Lido located outside of the main city.
Fans of the Oscar-award winning Coen brothers will no doubt be drawn away from their Venice holidays to see the film, which stars George Clooney, Brad Pitt and John Malkovich.
Meanwhile, the festival will also feature a lifetime achievement award for the great Italian director Ermanno Olmi.
However, a full festival line-up is not expected to be revealed late July and budding filmmakers still have a chance to submit entries prior to the Rome announcement.
